Bountiful Bowl Tortilla Soup

A full 1/2 gallon of “homemade” soup in less than 30 minutes on your stovetop. Serves 4 with ease.

From your pantry: 32 oz. Chicken stock. 1 1/2 cups of water. 14 oz. Tomato Sauce. 2 cups shredded cheese. Salt & pepper to taste. Bountiful bowls are as easy as 1, 2, 3 to prepare:

Cooking directions:

1. Bring chicken stock, water, soup mix, and tomatoe sauce to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Stir often to prevent sticking.

2. Remove from heat and add cheese, stir and allow to rest for 5 minutes prior to serving.

3. Serve with tortilla chips, sour cream, hot sauce and additional cheese.
